Some of you may already know about drweb AV, and their Dr.Web CureIt! A FREE anti-malware utility, and also the Online Scanner - http://support.drweb.com/?lng=en

As well as that they also have a very useful Free URL Website Checker page - http://online.drweb.com/?url=1

I tried it on a few SAFE exploit test pages on here - http://testing.onlytherightanswers.com - and it worked really well.

** These tests do NOT launch or execute programs on your systems as the real Exploits can and will do. **

SAFE OnClick IE Browser Overflow test

SAFE createTextRange IE Browser Overflow test

Might be worth favouritising when you need a second opinion on some website, i have. I wouldn't say that anything is foolproof, but non the less it's an extra tool for us to make use of, and Free too.

    Thanks Dr.Web

Just tried it with sites hosting actual exploits, it detected absolutely nothing. Pass.

It seems that the website checker is completely fooled by javascript obfuscation (if it does implement javascript at all). Considering that 95% of the sites using exploits use javascript obfuscation, I must say that this URL checker is well, very close to being completely useless.
