New owner. Same developers + new owner's team :)

The same committed, crazy OA guys now work for Emsisoft, and I now work on CRM and business software.

Software is Software!...but more importantly it is the calibre of the person/support that stands behind that software.

So, Mike, I offer my congratulations to you...even though it took awhile to try/accept your OA program since winning a free copy back in the Castlecops Software giveaway,in days of yore. ;)

I had some problems installing OA back in 2007, so I refrained from trying again until recently. Besides, it does not detract from what I said at the beginning of my post. :)

hehe, I also won an Online Armor V2 license at CastleCops. It was one of 10 licenses that I won and it was the only one that I really wanted to win.

I remember PCBruiser talking about how great it was and that the new firewall version should be ready soon. Man I wanted to try it but I was quite the noob back in the summer of 2007.

It is a bit sad to see OA go because Mike, the developers and all the forum members were why so many people were attracted to OA. On the flip side I am happy for Mike and Tall Emu. I completely understand his decision.

Good luck Mike and Tall Emu,

I totally agree and for sure like I said too, this is life...there are things in life that sooner or later have to change...just to go on under better conditions or give us a hope of better living. I'm not overlooking the things you have mentioned, actually I've been a victim of these somehow. It's just that even if Mike made the best deal and gave his product to the best man around him, I still believe it's a sad moment...looking it from the side of someone who also dreams and creates.

@Mike : I totally understand your feelings and reasons. Best wishes for your new project.

I have more than five paid OA licenses and 2 Emsisoft licenses. So I have made my little investment in these two companies and to my security. So I have every reason to hope for the best in the future.

Again wishes for inspiration, wisdom, luck, great products and a better life.

    Hi

Yeah mate, same address. The website you gave me is for Jimmyweb, a couple of mates of mine.

Our website is tallemu.com.au or totalenterprisecrm.com

WOW, imagine if they integrated both suites into one (I know OA ++ is something similar but think of it integrated in a better way! OA++ lacks some features of Emsisoft Anti Malware)
It would be a KILLER SUITE! :D
