    Hello,
    I need urgent help.

Some hours ago, I restarted Windows, when I opened my Outlook 2003, I has opened MSN 6.2 as all the time. Sorprise!, a blue screen has appeared and I restarted windows again. Now, when I open the MSN 6.2, the blue screen appears inmediately after execute this, indeed MSN can't have time to start session. The strange is that I have not installed any software recently, and any hardware. I use Windows XP Home with all patches. However, I can use Windows Messenger without problems, but I need MSN 6.2.
    The error show: 0X00000050
Also appear a file: trid3d.dll ---> it's related to my video driver, so I decided to install a new version of my driver and the problem wasn't fixed :'(
    Other codes: BF9F17BC, BF9B7000

    Thanks.
