I am getting a certicate error using my Chase online account, and for some reason it is saying that the certificate was issued by 'ESET_RootSslCert' to mfasa.chase.com

The particular certificate is expired (as of 3/14/2009.)

I'm not all that familiar with certificates. How can I fix this?

    Unfortunately that doesn't help.

I'm using IE 8, not FF (although the same error occurred under IE 7.)

I don't have problems with other SSL sites.

Either the specific certificate is actually invalid, or it wasn't reneweed on March 14th 2009 as it should have been.

Curiously enough, I just disabled SSL checking and I get NO certificate errors whatsoever.

I then re-enabled SSL checking, went back to the website in a new session, and I'm getting no certificate error.

I'm thinking that, for some reason, the SSL cert wasn't being renewed properly. Might be a bug of some sort.
