Obtaining "current license code"

In late July 2006, we moved from Baltimore, MD to Brooklyn, NY. During the
move, we misplaced the backup diskette and paraphernalia that came with
EWIDO malware/spyware. At the time, we may have benn using a Verizon or
Yahoo email at that time, but we lost that package when we relocated. We
are currently using hotmail.com and msn.com email addresses.

In order to upgrade to EWIDO version 4.0 [and now to 7.5] we need to enter the information from the prior version. This is message on site "For AVG Anti-Spyware, the successor of ewido anti-spyware, an updated license code is required. Please enter your current license code below to receive your new one for AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5. Your license number can be found in the original email sent to you when purchasing ewido product."

Is it possible to obtain that info from EWIDO, so that I don't need to pay again for the software? So far, we have not been successful
