Obfuscation message found in AVG

Greetings All
I hope I am not repeating anything already posted here. I was checking AVG HISTORY on a PC in our network and found the following message in HISTORY: "Exploit JavaScript Obfuscation (type 609)"

I am pretty experienced in this area but have never seen this message. The PC is acting very strange and will NOT keep an MS OUTLOOK profile. I have to continually setup a new account for this user. I am suspicious.

Does anyone have experience with this possible exploit and its ramifications?
