Just a quickie for anyone that has used these programs. Are they similar in their functionality and protection? I'm not sure if I need both or just one of these programs. I only run these programs with my FF browser.

    Any help would be appreciated,

    thanks

    they're quite different...

-OA run safer allows you to restrict the policy, access rights, of that .exe, running it as under LUA...

-GesWall limited the .exe, like OA, but sandboxes it too...in fact it's called Policy Sandox...

I suggest to use GesWall with your browser, because GesWall can do the same work of RunSafer, with sandbox too...imho it's better to use OA only as Hips/Firewall, GesWall think to the rest...:p

    Regards

thank you. This was my gut feeling but I thought RunSafer could protect the browser as good.
