    Hi,

Can you please post in English?

It sounds like you had a "missing" number in the backup files. Is that correct? And then you renamed the them?

How many image files are in the backup set?

Does the image Validate successfully? If not, does it Validate successfully if you rename the image files back to their original names?

What version and build of TI are you using?

    Hi, Mr. MudCrab
I will inform you about my problem in English language.
First I will answer your questions.

How many image files are in the backup set? There are 20 files.

Does the image Validate successfully? If not, does it Validate successfully if you rename the image files back to their original names? Yes it runs successfully in both cases.

What version and build of TI are you using? I use version 12.0 with build 9646.

My supervisor is Windows XP SP3 latest update December 2008.

    o.k now to my problem:
When I execute a differential backup I get an additional file with [filename, number, fileextension] name9.tib
all runs well for several executions. Suddenly I get a file look like this

    filename is o.k.
number is wrong I get the number from the run before
    fileextension is complete missing

With this post you also receive an attachment. It contains a screenshot from the error situation.
    Can you help me?

    Hello Dmitry Nikolaev,

thank you for your last reply. Now I will give you a feedback about my problem.

It is not longer a problem because it is fixed! I made a clean desk with all my
Backups "full and different". I did start at a new point by zero. If you believe or not the numbering of my new files is now full synchronized.

    This tread can be closed!

With the new update 2 (build 9709) I will wait until the German Version is
available today it is only announced.

I am pleased to communicate with you.

    Best regards,

    Rolf Siegert
