I used both adaware and spybot on my computer. I just want to make sure these files are all gone. My NORTON's antivirus located files and it stated that it was unable to delete them. These files should be gone though because i ran spybot and adaware beforehand

    Hi shamilton712,

Could you please post the results of your NAV scan so I can see what files you are talking about? I need to know the file names, exact location (full path) and details of the detection , please :)

Next, please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an x in the boxes next to these items, then press *fix checked*

    Reboot your PC

    Delete the following

Rename the following files, then get a scan:

Scan those two renamed files at the following sites. Copy and paste the reports given back here please.
