Do I need to format an already formatted NTFS drive with Paragon's driver, from my mac, before I can take advantage of all of NTFS for Mac's features? Or simply install the software so that I can read and write to a NTFS drive that has been formatted by anybody's software? Hope that made sense.

    GoodeWorks,

No, you do not need to reformat an external hard drive specifically with the NTFS for Mac driver. Once the software is installed on the Mac, you should be able to access any NTFS formatted hard drive.
