NTFS Streams Eraser is my latest tool for all ex-Kaspersky users that want to easily clean NTFS Alternate Streams left behind by Kaspersky AV (or any other app that also uses NTFS ADS)

More detailed info about what NTFS ADS are and how this tool works is located inside ZIP archive (Readme.rtf)

NTFS Streams Eraser powered by Sysinternals Stream core

I trust it won't hose my video drivers like Kaspersky's new KLStreamRemover did? If your tool is powered by System Internals then if it is like their Streams, it probably cannot remove all KAVICHS ads tags because Streams cannot.

I dunno...but I think I may leave the dang things alone as having fried video drivers was not much fun. Plus, the Kaspersky tool said that I still had 96,000 files with KAVICHS tags but Streams said only 35 files left with the tags after Streams ran.

Is there any way to check entire drive? I used wildcards, but i don't think they are working for all subfolders...

RejZoR, use the top directory only, it will seek subdirectories.

    example: KLStreamRemover.exe -r E:\
