What happens if you hold the Alt key down and type "64" (without the quotes) on the numlock keypad ?

    Hi foghorne
With alt key and 64 I not see nothing character in the (ex. email-adress) box.
PS: On my PC I haven't the the (right) numlock keypad: for this, after the old alt-key, I have press first 6 then 4 on the up row of the bottons (just?)
    Thanks

No, it has to be the numlock keypad.

What happens if you copy the @ character onto the clipboard and then paste it into the field.

If you use Windows and don't know the above, make a note of it. There are various times in text boxes and forms that the mouse functions for cut, copy and paste aren't available but the above keystrokes do the job.

    Hello evvivame,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Could you please create a screen shot of the program window where you try to type "@" symbol? Then post a screen shot here or submit a request for technical support. In addition, please create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post. Then attach all the collected file and information to your request along with the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
