   on W7 32 bits works, but under 64 bits fails.
   
   Says:
   
   you need to format the disk in drive before you can use it.

   Turn off the UAC (user account control) settings in your system before installing and see if the drives are recognized, UAC for some reason blocks the driver from starting properly.
