Are you using the trial version and do you have a firewall?

Priority is given to paid version for updates and the firewall may be blocking the updater.

I have 2267. My previous answers were derived by doing a forum search which turned up several posibilities. Sorry I can't help you. You'll have to wait for someone else.

As far as I know you are reseller , why do you use "trial" version when you can use full paid version ?

As far as I have seen , trial versions no longer have update problems (I mean updates delivered later) , only "more than 30 days trial versions" have such problems ;)

    Hi,

I uninstall it and installed again and now its updating.

    Don't know, what was happened.

I understand, what you want to say about "more than 30 days trial versions"

My NOD is not updating either (trial). The last definition is 2264. Everything was updating fine prior to this. Even the message box telling me that my definitions are up to date is not showing up when I click manually "update"

It's not the servers. http://nod32sse.com/server_st.php I guess you wil have to try ankupan's solution.

    Hi,

After a new installation, after first auto update, it was 2267.

Now again its not updating, and new update us 2269., but mine is 2267

What is the problem, why NOD is not updating ?

I tried it without comodo also, but unable to get latest update.

Do you have the update server set to "Choose automatically" ? If so, what error is returned when you hit the Update now button? Also check the proxy server configuration in the advanced NOD32 update setup, if you don't use any it must be disabled.

Its saying that it is having latest signature.

Yes, its on "Choose automatically only".

Now I can see, that few more people are having same problem with trial version.

Couldn't it be that a registry cleaner or something screwed up the information about the version number in the registry? Have you tried reinstalling NOD32?

Same problem here, it was working before and now it does not. There is something wrong with the servers. Stop trying to blame it on the users, or the recent update to 2.70.37.

Works fine here, I just got an update without touching a button.
Are you using the trial by any chance?

yes, this problem is with Trial versions only.

I think, some problem on server only.

A fresh install will get an update. Probably the servers are only updating for users that are at least one week out of date. It's the trial. I bet releasing the new version has caused the additional load on the servers.
