Not renewing subscription

    I've used NOD32 for a number of years (6 or 7 I think) and my renewal is up at the end of this month.

    I won't be renewing this time. Partly because I feel that NOD32 is becoming bloated - with every new version scans take longer and longer, partly due to false positives, and partly due to, in my experience, pretty minimal customer support whenever there's an issue.

    For example, the thread below. Still getting what I believe to be false positives for the mentioned files (I've excluded the live folders but they continue to be picked up from back ups).

    And no matter how many times I submit files, nothing ever happens!

    It's a shame, but there you go. Time to move on.
