Not able to explore image

    I am unable to explore an image in the security zone. It seems to have created the image successfully, but when I go to explore I recieve the message "Cannot assign a drive letter to a partition from the image archive" and sometimes it indicates the image does not exist. If I close True Image Enterprise Server and start it up again it will see that there is an image, but cannot view it.

    We are currently running build 1158. The Check Image also completes successfully...just can't explore the image.
