I'm currently using ESS but I was thinking about using some other product (no reason). I used to have norton IS but it was slowing down my pc..... Has any1 been using the new norton internet security 2009? Can any1 tell me if it's better? Does it still slow down the pc? Is it better @ scanning then ess?

If responders do not tread lightly with their answers. The topic is right in line with an A vs B flaming thread.

There's no option for even "treading lightly" in a purely "this vs that" thread.

Policy from Sticky thread at top of this forum section:

As for specific questions regarding the new Norton, there are already several threads right in this section, on the first two pages, that are all about the improvements made in the new version of Norton this year.
