NOD32V4 and HIPS software

I have a problem. I tried using Comodo Defense plus , Online Armor free and Geswall. Everytime I install Eset browsing the internet becomes really slow.Like opening a page takes aout 2 to 3 seconds. I use Eset because it keeps my PC fast and also the browsing. But with either one of those installed with Eset it's not :-(

I don't know what to do. I excluded the programms in Eset but that didn't do the trick either.

I am on a vista home premium 32. Anyone can help?

 

I just did a speedtest.

Download speed about 17 MB upload around 0.77 mb. Really good but the ping 515 ms
