    Howdy,

I've been using NOD32 for several years without a problem.

Today I returned from holidays and renewed my licence (it had expired on 4th January). I got the message confirming that my payment had been successful, and the email with the username and password (I think they may have been the same as the ones I had before: certainly the username was).

However, when I try to update the virus signature database I keep getting the message that username/password are invalid.

I've made sure that I've not entered any additional spaces. I rang support and the bloke I spoke to said he'd get somebody to ring back, but they haven't done so thus far. I'm a bit concerned about using the internet overnight, until I can ring them again in the morning.

Any ideas, anybody? Any help very gratefully received o_O

Many thanks for the suggestions, peeps.

I found a message on the answerphone from Eset, telling me that it'll take up to 12 hours for the update to work because the licence had already expired. Hopefully I'll be able to update in the morning.

    Many thanks once again :thumb:
