After installation on XP SP3 of nod32 business v4.2.40 outlook 2007 ost file is corrupted (also tested with previous version).
Outlook stops working and does not download new emails from Exchnage 2003 server.
Our customer use Outlook Anywhere (Outlook over https). There is a solution for running Outlook in cached mode?
I can't turn it off because people use laptops and are not always connected to the network.
We tested all the possible solutions mentioned in the forum but the problem is not solved.
Now we have 25 business licenses unusable!

    Thanks for your support

I am running NOD32 v4.2.40.0 with Office 2007 SP2 against an Exchange 2003 server. I have not received any corruption of the OST file on any of my machines with this configuration.

As a test, you could remove the integration into Outlook:

Advanced Setup (F5) -> Miscellaneous -> Email client integration -> Integrate into Microsoft Outlook
