NOD32 v3... update problem

    I have been using nod32 v2.7 for the last 6 months without problem.
    I have tried all the various nod32 v3 versions up to 3.0.621.0 using the default settings and have had one common problem with them all.
    None of the nod32 v3 versions will update the virus signature database. I get no error message; nod32 simply tells me my antivirus signatures are up to date (even though they are from 11/07).
    ESET have provided no help at all.
    I am running Windows XP pro with ZoneAlarm Pro 7.0.462.000 firewall.
    Can anyone help?

    Has your subscription expired? If not, try clearing the update cache.

    Thank you for your replies.
    Yes my licence is still valid until 8/08.
    Yes, I have tried to clear the update cache;to no avail.
    I have, once again, reverted back to nod32 v2.7 where the updates function normally.
    However, I will try e-mail support @eset.com again and see if they can help.
