I have a customer who tried to remove v3 to install v4. The removal however went wrong & he went around in circles with Eset support. Is there a Nod32 removal tool available?

Thanks, I managed to uninstall Nod eventually. The problem was that he had downloaded ESS, when he had EAV. He had really managed to mess it up.

Eventually downloading & installing EAV 4 from the Nod website & got a FP with Prevx which deleted Prevx. Nod also got a FP & tried to delete my Logmein Rescue software while I was using it.

Why is Nod STILL giving FPs with Prevx & Logmein? It just seems so bloody-minded from this end!

I report a (rare) FP to Prevx & it gets fixed immediately & NEVER pops up again. Why do I keep having to report the same FPs to Nod?

If removing went wrong at half way, try to install again NOD32 on top of wathever "leftovers" you may have, follow the proper process and than uninstall again.
I did this many times when removing a software went wrong and it's working. Try it.
