    Hello again !!!

I KNOW this isn't the norm.
I KNOW this may not be feasible in any way.
I KNOW that this may be classed as cyber begging at it's worst.....
    AND...

I figure if it were proper and/or possible you would have already offered it to all.....

    Ok... Here goes....

I have tried out more than just a few AV progs over the years... McAfee was my first choice I believe back about '93... Norton was my second, and held out in my favor for quite awhile. I've tried out many many since then, and hands down NOD32 is the quickest, meanest that I know of. By all means the fastest that I have found at any rate (unless anyone has another suggestion).... I AM going to purchase NOD32 sometime in the next month, but is there a way to "extend" the trial period just for a bit o_O?? LOL... If I am stepping out of line here, feel free to flail away, I guess I deserve it.
But I had to ask... I am currently using the free version of Alwils AVAST! and it seems to be doing a good job, it's resident protection has saved the 'ol bacon on several occaisions, but to do a system scan..... well, sometimes I wonder if I am going to live long enough to see the wrap up..(A BIT facetious there.... I know...)..
ANYHOW, that's it..... go for it.... I've improved my fighting position and set out my claymores.... let me have it....

But I HAD to check and ....just.... see....

Unfortunately no, there isn't a way to extend the trial period.

    Cheers :D

Well, you know, I figured that was the case, but as a few outfits out there do allow some sort of extension, I just figured I'd ask anyway. I'll just have to hang in there and make the purchase !!
    Thanks for the reply Blackspear...

    Re: NOD32 Trial....... (Lynchknot)

Lol..... Good point, but NEXT time I reformat anything it's going to be in a completely new homegrown box that'll fly rings around this archaic machine I built 5 years ago now.... besides all that, I do like to support and encourage others to support those that turn out great software at a decent price !!!

Either that or save a restore point/image before you installed the app.

Personal attacks will not be tolerated, and such have been removed.

And we don't want to stir things up either.

As this thread has been answered sufficiently I will now close it.

    Cheers
