    Hi

Since my emails to ESET Support keeps bouncing:

I was wondering if anybody else either have a direct email adresse that wont redirect me to scandsecure.se (their website is also down - if they have one).
Or any other idea of why I cant contact ESET?

    Thanks in advance

    DH

PS. Mails are sent from within the hotmail web interface.

EDIT to remove personal details and email address ~ Blackspear

    Thanks :)

I've checked scandsecure out, and it seems that their website only responds to www.scandsecure.com

Tried sending the same email to support@eurosecure.com from an another account(not my hotmail), and that didn't bounce.
So now I'm waiting, but it's frustrating that I'm behind in updates and that windows keeps telling me I'm unprotected(I know how to shut that of :p ), just ranting a little, but I don't feel comfortable using my computer without protection.

Anyways still interested in any way of contact to get my payed in advance account reactivated.

Are scandsecure and eurosecure related to Eset?

They appear to be completely seperate companies...

When Marcos comes back from lunch he'll help.
Right now he's probably enjoying some big fat grilled pork or something like that :D
I hope too that he returns soon, because he brings some cigarettes for Daddy Cool :D

There are only 3 things what a computer nerd needs:

Cigaretts, Coffee and oh well the 3rd one would be probably cencored by the forum software :D

    Hi.

We've had some temporary technical problems with our host, which caused some messages to bounce.

Resend the e-mail, or send me a private message on the board with your card/reference ID, and I'll look into it.

    /Anders

Thanks Anders, I just checked my gmail and it's there :)

Just ignore the mail I sent from the hotmail 15m ago.

Thanks you guys, even if it almost became discussion of beer vs. fat pork instead :p

We're having a problem very similar to dlehammer (above) hope you can advise.
On 14 Sept, we changed from dialup to DSL from Bellsouth.net and in the
transition, lost all email folders, one of which contained my USER NAME AND PASSWORD. I too keep getting a popup saying that my NOD32 needs to be
updated and asks for the UN & PW. I was able to find some stale notes which
were jotted down during installation of NOD32 in April of this year. So I do have part of the requirement but not the PW.

Having tried on numerous occassions to obtain this critical information has
    been met with deafening SILENCE.

Please tell me how to go about obtaining the correct UN & PW.

EUREKA ! or something like that. Thanks Ronjur And Alglove for the most important info.
I took your advice and called California and am now waiting for email from them.
As my old doctor friend says: Take the bull by the tail and look him straight in the eye.

Nothing quite like one to one contact, eh?

charles NAKED in Dixie hoping to get a cloak very soon!
