    Hello Fiona,

Go to NOD32 System Setup. Then click on Setup.

Next go to Protection of Setup Parameters. (See Screenshot)

Click Setup. Enter your password (twice). Click OK, you are done.

Make sure you have followed Blackspear's advice for the best protection from NOD32.

    Hope that helps.

    Regards,

    Jag

Hmmm you mean so that you can rollout the settings to other client machines?

Not sure, I have only one license of NOD32 for my home pc.

I will let the pros help you out with this.

Sorry I did not help you.

    Regards,

    Jag

Hi Fiona, currently not available with a Home license, it is available with a Admin license.

    Cheers :D

First, glad to have found this site - good stuff. I think, perhaps, that what is being asked here is similar to what I have done with Sygate's firewall. There are certain files (mostly .dats) that can be copied and saved so that in the unlikely event that the program is uninstalled and reinstalled, or even perhaps after a minor software update, that these files can simply be copied into the correct directory - replacing the just-installed ones. This saves the time of going through each module and applying personal (non-default) settings. I don't think that would break the EULA or constitute an unlawful extra copy. Would this be possible with NOD 32?

    GWA,

As Blackspear has just stated, it is not possible with a home license.

In msg 4 in this thread, Marcos said you can export the registry entries ... the config editor is only for the administrator version of the program, but the reg entries should work for all.

    https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=70140

However, my reply (12 in the thread) indicated that while I tried it and it sorta worked I got some weird results ... plus there were additional registry entries in the 19 version that were not in the 16. So your mileage may vary.
