    Hi izi:

It may be the Time Zone Selected. Does Amon show the same virus signature version?

I just had the exact same issue while I was creating the Bart PE Plugin. The Time Zone was not correct while using the XPE plugin.

I understand, but your Time Zone may be incorrect. Can you check it?

    No, time zone is correct.

My preference was to just shut down Security Center altogether. Why do I need yet another Windows service running to tell me things I already know? To me, it's useless fluff that Microsoft can use to tout have much they care about security. Along with their so-called firewall.

Also, it may not be the time zone, but the time and/or date format as set up in Regional and Language settings
