Well, again with all due respect:

As a customer who paid for NOD32 I am simply not satisfied that this issue has not been fixed already.

If ESET wants to keep their customers happy then I would advise them to fix this as soon as possible or otherwise come with a clear statement in public about it.
I could understand if there are more issues involved, but I cannot understand why in that case an official explanation from ESET is not made here.

It is fixed with NOD32 - v.1.954 (20041221) !!!!!

This fp was fixed in the next update as soon as it had been reported to Eset.
