Nod32 works fine here with both 2.7 and 3 version of Outpost, no slowdown ...
Check your OPF for the settings, did you notice a slowdown only for some applications or for all internet apps ?

Most users report no conflict between NOD32 and Outpost however you can check your CPU utilisation using Windows' Task Manager. If this keeps hitting 100% when you access web pages and the main user is Outpost, then check the Outpost forum FAQ Resolving High CPU Utilisation Issues with Outpost. If NOD32 is the main user then try disabling IMON. If a third process, then report its details and others may be able to suggest remedies.

Another possibility is traffic being blocked by Outpost, details of which should be given in the Blocked and Alerts Tracker sections of its logs. If you find entries related to the applications you use, consider opening a thread either at the Outpost forums or in the "Other Firewalls" forum here to resolve them.

    thanks for the answer
    i'm sure it's nod32
because some days ago i used avast and i had not problme
i'm sure it's not outpost becasuse i have a 1 year license and i use it from 1 year

everythings goes slow after for example 2 hours of download...

for example i was downloading call of duty 2 , a pc game demo, and during the download 90% ,the download process stops , and the internet connection did slow DOWN

i was not able to open internet pages...
    i had to reboot !
