I purchased a license from a company called purplus back in 02/13/11. The license they provided recently stopped working. I'm now getting invalid username/password when i try to do anything. I was seeing what do i need to do? Thanks.
Did they give you a username and password or a serial number/activation key? Are you seeing the "Invalid username/password" message just within your ESET program window or whenever you do anything at all on your computer?
They issued me one when I purchased the product. It was workign since 2/13. but now when the program tries to update, the invalid password comes up. When i try to redownload the program, the license issued to me says the same thing.
They gave you an activation code or a username/password? to my knowledge, they are not direct resellers - if they gave you a username/password, that doesn't sound right...
