nod32.lic not recognised format ?

    Hi,

    I've just received an updated .lic file for a client who has upgraded the number of NOD32 licenses they have. The instructions clearly say that I need to upgrade the license in RA console using the menu item. However, when I do, RA tells me the file isnt in the correct format.

    I've tried both license copies (the one sent to me and the one sent to the client) but neither work.

    Am I missing something ?
