NOD32 kernel not starting

    Hi, This is my 1st thread,
    i am so lost...my nod32 works but, as soon as i am not on the lan the kernel service duznt start automatically, i have to manually start it. in the services manager it is set to "automatic" but it only starts if im on my office lan....no where else...please help

    That is strange. Is this computer a laptop? Do you mean to say that when this computer is disconnected from the LAN, the "NOD32 Kernel Service" does not say "Started"? Are there any error messages in the Event Viewer? Go to Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> Event Viewer and look at both the Application Log and the System Log.
