NOD32 just intercepted this!!

Just checking my e-mail and picked this up. What's the best way to dispose of it.
This is the first real threat intercepted since I started using NOD32 and I'm still a NOD NEWB.

I know there have been several regions bank phishing scams floating out there but this looks like a trojan.
