    Good morning!
I have downloaded NOD32 standard. I m running Windows XP sp 2. The install proceeds smoothly until the "click next to finish installation" screen. As soon as I click "next", the install screen freezes. I can't click cancel, back or next. I can still use everything else on my computer; it is only the NOD32 that is frozen. I have emailed customer noservice but no response. Any suggestions?
    Thanks!

Nope, no other AV installed. I have rebooted with same results. The install doesn't finish, so when I reboot there is no change.

    Do the following files exist?

    C Drive> Windows> Temp

    C Drive> Documents and Settings> (User Name) XXXXXX> Local Settings> Temp

    Cheers :D

    Marcos,

I do have Norton PW manager installed. I'll try your suggestion to turn it off. How'd you know I have it, or was it just a guess?

    :p

Marcos is from Nod32 support in Slovakia, he has probably just read your email to support ;) :D In this case I would call it insider knowledge ;) :D
