Any help on how to delete monxga32.exe which is located in menu "Inicio" Start i guess in english, for the user.
But once in this folder you cannot see it, so you cannot delete it.
NOD32 detects it en says therie is a threat, but does nothing about it.

    any idea?

Is it detected by real-time protection or the on-demand scanner? If the latter, couldn't it be that you selected scanning instead of cleaning?

    Hello,

First, ocasionally a window opens on the bottom right corner of the screen, possibly from Nod32, saying there is some kind of threat.

Then we analyze and desinfect with nod32. It detects monxga32.exe but it cannot do nothing with it because it cannot be accesed.

We try to find the executable file in the path route , nod32 says it is, but we don't see anything in that folder (we activate see everything).

After using antimalware, now it seems to have disappeared. But know there is an icon on the bottom right corner which says "windows alert". But it is not from windows. It is something wrong we had before. And we are afraid to touch.

I'd suggest creating a log from SysInspector and providing it to Customer care for perusal. Also create a rescue cd and use it to boot Windows PE and scan the entire disk for malware.
