Nod32 causing downloads to freeze

    Have just been reading about this problem mentioned on WS forum 1 year ago. Today just happened to me, with .wav files!? (mostly around 38 - 42 MB per file regarding size). Is this solved somehow?? Using 4.2.71.2 registered

    Are the files you are downloading interrupted causing the download to actually fail? Or do they simply hang while being scanned for viruses and due to their file size take several moments to scan, but eventually download?

    @ThomasC: thanks on reply, second thing you mentioned. have i5 750@2.67 with ff 3.6. (W7pro) As a matter of fact this didn't happening with Kaspersky which I had until May! :rolleyes:
