NOD32 & Bootlocker: false +

    hi

    I downloaded and installed BootLocker : trial version from epplersoft.com
    http://bootlocker.com/bldownload.asp

    and here is what I got from nod32:

    Time Module Object Name Virus Action User Info
    25/11/2004 11:31:24 AMON file C:\Program Files\BootLocker\passcheck.exe probably unknown NewHeur_PE virus quarantined
    25/11/2004 11:31:23 AMON file C:\Program Files\BootLocker\msgsvr32.exe probably unknown NewHeur_PE virus quarantined
    25/11/2004 11:30:47 AMON file C:\Program Files\BootLocker\passcheck.exe probably unknown NewHeur_PE virus
    25/11/2004 11:30:47 AMON file C:\Program Files\BootLocker\msgsvr32.exe probably unknown NewHeur_PE virus

    (I removed the user name)


    is there any user of bootlocker here?

    As NOD32 has detected a probable NewHeur_PE virus, please quarantine the file and send it from the quarantine folder C> Program Files> Nod32> infected as an attachment to samples@nod32.com

    If you do not hear from Eset within 3 days (allows for weekends), please advise us here...
