NoD32 AV v4 & V5 and XP

    I still have XP with LooknStop FW & SBiE on older PCs. I notice that there are ads for NoD32 v4 appearing.

    My question is: - with my XP setup is there benefit in faster browsing speed & avoiding drag by going with v4 as opposed to v5 or will they both give me the same 'feel' or at least only very slight minimal difference?

    Hello,

    That's going to vary quite a bit based on hardware, software and network connection. You might want to try running ESET NOD32 Antivirus v5 on a test PC or two to see if there is any noticeable difference in speed.

    v4 is a bit lighter but v5 is a bit more secure so....... try and see....:p
