I am not a spammer but I am a head hunter. Most of the people that send me resumes cannot talk on the phone during the day, but can respond to emails. So I end up sending a number of bulk emails to people that have contacted me looking for new jobs.

Outlook Express with my current POP3/SMTP email account sometmes slow down the emails. I'm hoping to find a way around that.

Would using the following desktop server (see link) open me up to any vulnerabilities? Woudl this be NOD compatible?

    Please advise.

You can also try mailtraq (http://www.mailtraq.com/38/)

I have set it up for a govt department that I support along with nod and there are no issues between them.
