Nod32 4.0.437 slow web (HTTP Checking)

I'm using Mozilla Firefox and IE. After installing Nod32 v4, problem is in slow responding on web pages. It takes much longer to load. It's mostly viewed on www.google.com and google clients. Need 1-2 seconds to load "google suggestions".

But, i was uncheck "Enable HTTP checking" and all runs fine. So problem is in this part of nod. After enabling again "HTTP checking", all again runs slow.

This problem only show on nod v4, not on nod v3, and on Vista and Windows 7

What do i need to do that runs like nod v3?

No, i have Windows Vista SP2 full with updates and Windows 7 on other computer.
I have tryed on new clean installs of Vista and Windows 7, and problem still happens
