nod32 4.0.437 detects but does not cleans on on-demand scan

hello everyone,
i have got nod32 version 4.0.437. Whenever I right click any folder or drive and select 'scan with nod32 antivirus' it detects all the infections but doesn't cleans any of them. When i right click any infection from the displayed list and select 'clean' nothing happens. But when I try to access that particular file by going into the respective folder it cleans the file.
Please help me..

Have you gone into the Advanced Setup Tree (F5 with the program open) and setup what you want to happen from the "Context Menu"?

See if you can change what happens from there.
