NOD32 2.12.3 update/upgrade problems

    Hello there. Has anyone experienced a difficulty with NOD32 2.12.3 update? after the 2.5 was released some people are facing this problem. the error message is "Server Connection Failure”. There is no firewall, the internet settings are correct and there is no proxy. very strange situation and i don't know whom to blame o_O . please help!!

    Why not to install NOD32 2.5.25? It may solve your problem.

    What are the people? Couldn't it be that they update from your local server?

    Hi IliasT, welcome to Wilders.

    Can you please try the following:

    Download a FRESH copy of Nod32 from www.nod32.com

    Uninstall your current version.

    Remove the Eset Folder from C Drive> Program Files.

    Install the FRESH copy of Nod32 that you downloaded above.

    Let us know how you go…
