NOD struggle with upgate

    recently too many errors connecting to servers and return value: 11001
    it is daily like this log below.any thing wrong. Thank you

    Haven't you had any problems with your internet connectiono_O I have no such items in my log..

    I get a connection error maybe a couple of times a day, but not nearly as much as you have logged.

    Are you using a firewall? If so, does NOD have access? Are you behind a proxy?

    Edit: Also, check the Update feature of NOD and make sure you have the server selection set to Automatically. You may want to check the other settings there too to make sure they are correct for your set up.

    I had one error connecting to the server on 2-23 at 17:52 pm, and only one error. But it is fine now.

    Most likely there is no Internet connection established at the time NOD32 is trying to access the update servers (e.g. at a system startup, when it takes some time to load network services and initiate a connection).
