Will NOD 32 V6 be released with the upcoming release of the Windows 8 OS? Can we be given an approximate release date? I've been using the RC, and I haven't experienced any bugs on Windows 7 X 64.

For higher revenue I believe it would be best if they can release it with Windows 8 if possible. All these windows 8 customers will need a compatible AV. I guess we will have to wait, and see.

I suspect the v6 engine when out of Beta will be announced on the ESET NEWS page.

Good to know it is working without issues. I am not privy to release dates other than the release channel link. Perhaps Marcos or another ESET Mod will come along and let you know.

Maybe, but its not looking like it lol It doesn't really matter to me though since I don't plan on using Windows 8 right away.

Actually those modules were released for all users about a month ago. It's just that the installers will be updated to include the latest modules so that full Windows 8 support is ensured from the moment of installation.

Well, at this point i'm just wondering if there will be any additional features from the RC to the final. I'm hoping we will have a few good surprises in the final. I guess we will have to wait, and see.

I'm hesitant trying this, coz it might not work well under xp.
