NOD 32 Settings

    When running a scan with NOD should I set Huristics to deep?

    A matter of choice in the end. In case you are going for it, bear in mind heuristics - especially deep heuristics - could provide "most probably infected" results. This does not imply a definite positive alert; make sure you don't have those removed/cured as a standard. Double checking on a possible infection is the way to go.

    Thanks Paul , maybe I,ll scan deep only on occasion. Like every third scan.
