My tray icon doesn't show up on my WinXP computer. It appears to be running per the Tasks and shows up when I start the CC from the Programs menu.

Any idea why it doesn't show in the system tray?

    Thanks,
    Larry

    Hi Larry,

No idea why it's not there mate. I suggest an un-install and a re-install of NOD.

    Bandicoot. :)

A uninstall and reinstall will fix the problem, I have seen this only a few times, though not recently. Download a fresh copy of Nod from the main website.

    Hope this helps...

    Cheers :D

Maybe you could try changing the path to nod32kui.exe in the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run from "C:\Program Files\Eset\nod32kui.exe" /WAITSERVICE to "C:\Progra~1\Eset\nod32kui.exe" /WAITSERVICE
