Hello, Maybe one of the forum-readers can point me into the right direction of Brightfort Support to get their attention because: - At 13 March 2015 04:08 PM I created ticket CYY-745-81949 via their support system. Untill today, two weeks later; no response, the ticket is still "open". - At 23 March 2015 12:33 PM I've sent an email to the support emailadres asking an update on the ticket above. An new ticket was automatically created; WAD-853-68238 Also on this one; still no response, the ticket is still "open".
