    I have attached a screen shot of error message I get every week. In looking at scheduled and unscheduled tasks I have nothing scheduled. This message shows up in the log. Can anyone tell me where to go and delete or stop this from happening.

    Hello 62cwil,

    Thank you for using Acronis True Image

    Please do the following:

    - Download the file;
    - Start the Command Prompt from Start -> Programs -> Accessories menu;
    - Run the following commands in the folder you saved the file to:

    schedmgr task zap
    schedmgr service stop
    schedmgr service uninstall
    schedmgr service install
    schedmgr service start

    This should delete all Acronis tasks on the PC. Manage your tasks from the scratch and see if the issue remains.

    Thank you.

    I followed your instruction correctly I think but still have entries in my unscheduled task plus it looked like same entries in some of the items when I ran from the command prompt.

    Hello 62cwil,

    It means that you did not delete all previous tasks completely.

    - Open C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\TrueImage\Scripts folder and delete all its contents (there should be task script files with the names like 7F43D031-3D5E-426E-8958-36C75BF2E31A.tib.tis or similar).
    Path for Vista is: C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Scripts

    Note that this will delete all tasks you have at this moment.

    Thank you.
