Had to reinstall acronis and now am getting the error message: E000101F4:Acronis true image home has not found any hard disk drives.
Anyone got a clue as to why? Thanks.

First, why did you unistall Acronis? Was it for hardware issues w/ your computer?

Did you re-install the same version you uninstalled?

    Hello slayer,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

First of all, please make sure you installed the latest build (3633) of Acronis True Image 9.0 Home. You can find in this information in the Help -> About dialog. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

If that does not help then please download the latest version of Acronis drivers, install it with disabled logging and see if the problem still persists.

If the problem still persists then enable logging by running the Acronis drivers installation package once again, reproduce the problem and collect the c:\snapapi.log file. Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected log file along with the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
