No Desktop Balloon Upon Def Update

    I just manually updated to Update 4171 - do not see balloon at system tray.
    Checked settings nothing seems to be amiss, I suspect this was a one-off.

    Anything I should verify that I may have missed ?

    Hello siljaline,

    Just make sure you have Display balloon tips in taskbar is checked and the time is long enough to see.

    I seem to be missing something here! Where do I check "display Balloon Tips"?
