No client or No server showing in era server

    i installed new era server . After connecting to eraserver no server or no client showing , But in remote install shows all client. I tried change port to 2222 or 2221 but not accept it accept only localhost:2223

    what could be the problem

    This is because you have got no Eset clients installed on your network.

    If you DO have some Eset clients installed check the following:

    Open NOD32 or Smart Security (depending on which you use):

    Advanced setup tree, go to "Remote Administration", check the RA server is set in there, can be hostname or IP address, use default port 2222.

    Also test conectivity:

    Run "Telnet sername 2222" command. If it does not connect, then there is probably a firewall blocking this port.

    Hi,

    Not trying to hijack but I am having the same issue.

    On my clients my remote access server are setup. I even changed it so there is no password.

    Nothing is showing up in my ERAC though!

    Was totally because my server firewall was on.
